This policy explains what 2Twelve ("we", "us") collects when you use 2twelve.us, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only to the extent they need it: our customer relationship platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), our email delivery provider, our website host (Vercel), our advertising platforms (Google and Meta), and our uniform manufacturer for orders in production. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are handled more strictly still — see Text messages (SMS) below.
We use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which advertisements lead to inquiries. These tools set cookies and may allow those companies to associate your visit with their own records. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
When you submit the form you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by email and phone. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing sales@2twelve.us. We will still send messages necessary to complete an order you have placed.
Text messaging is separate from the rest of the form and entirely optional. You only receive text messages from us if you tick the SMS box when you submit your request, which is express written consent to be texted at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Numbers collected for text messaging are used only by 2Twelve Sports and by the service providers who deliver messages for us, and for no other purpose.
We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Email sales@2twelve.us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Our uniforms are made for youth athletes, but this site is directed at coaches, club directors, and parents. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Player names, numbers, and sizes are supplied to us by the adult placing the order and are used only to produce that order.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
