These terms govern your use of 2twelve.us and any uniform order you place with 2Twelve. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them.
We produce custom mockups at no charge and with no obligation to order. Mockups remain our property until you place an order. Mockup turnaround is typically two to three business days and is an estimate, not a guarantee.
By sending us a logo or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to reproduce it on your uniforms and to display finished work in our portfolio and advertising. If you would rather we not show your program publicly, tell us in writing and we won't. You are responsible for any third-party trademark claims arising from artwork you supply.
Orders are placed either through an online team store, which stays open for a set window and collects payment from individual buyers, or through player packs invoiced to the program in a single invoice. An order does not enter production until the store has closed or the invoice has been paid in full.
Current production time is four to six weeks from the date an order enters production. Production time is an estimate. Delays caused by supply, manufacturing, shipping, or by late or incomplete roster information are not grounds for cancellation or refund once production has begun.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final artwork, roster names, numbers, and sizes before production. Once you approve and production begins, custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Please check spelling and sizing carefully.
Custom sublimated products are made to order and are not returnable or exchangeable for size, fit, or change of mind. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved artwork, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund that item.
We provide a size chart and, where practical, sizing samples. Sizes are selected by you. We are not responsible for fit issues arising from sizes you submitted.
Screens display colour differently. Sublimated colour may vary slightly from what you see on a mockup or monitor. Ask us for a physical sample if exact colour matching is critical to your program.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected items. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed games, seasons, or events.
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
